The Wonder Why Science CIT (Counselor In Training) program is for rising 7th-9th graders. This is a great opportunity for students who are looking to develop job experience and leadership skills, while also having fun. Each CIT will be placed with a head teacher to assist the younger campers with activities as well as helping to set up and clean up before and after classes and camp. Opportunities are available for both holiday camps, summer camps, and after school classes. Periodic feedback will be given to each CIT and they are encouraged to request a letter of recommendation from Wonder Why Science when applying for jobs and academic programs. The CIT program costs 50% of the regular session, financial assistance is available upon request.
